We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator role with a Beauty Clinic based London. The Client is a high-quality, doctor-led aesthetic clinic that specialises in cosmetic injections and skin care therapy, and they are looking for an experienced candidate to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team, as well as a competent personal image and a natural sensitivity for patients
• Great communication skills and the ability to manage emergencies are required
• Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom. (The company may sponsor a Tier 2 work visa for exceptional individuals)
• 1 year of aesthetic or health sector expertise is desired, as well 1 year of customer care or sales exposure
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients upon their visit, help them in filling out the personal information form, taking before and after photographs, communicating and collaborating with physicians to finish the patients' trip.
• Provide expert aesthetic consultations related to patients' requirements and personal circumstances, as well as answer pertinent inquiries.
• Assist in cross-departmental cooperation activities such as market research and event planning, and communicate with clinic vendors and consultancies.
• Establish and improve the clinic's SOP.
