We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager - Last-mile Delivery role in a US-based Logistics Company. They are seeking an ideal candidate who is fervent about utilizing technology to refine delivery processes, elevate customer experience, and propel overall business expansion.

Job Requirements:

Good knowledge of Technology is required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
The ability to work independently while also demonstrating effective teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Take charge of the entire product development journey for last-mile delivery solutions.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, such as engineering, operations, and marketing, to establish product requirements and specifications.
Spearheaded the creation of inventive features and functionalities aimed at enhancing last-mile delivery efficiency.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitive offerings within the last-mile delivery sector.
Analyze data and customer feedback to make well-informed decisions regarding product improvements and updates.

Roadmap Planning:

Develop and uphold a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Prioritize features and updates based on their impact on customers, business value, and technical feasibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features.
Work in tandem with operations teams to comprehend and address operational challenges associated with last-mile delivery.
