Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include team leadership, covering recruitment, team development, training, and fostering team engagement, along with various other aspects of personnel management.
• Managing inventory and order placement using the internal system, ensuring the accuracy of stock levels.
• Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and meet operational goals is also a key part of the role.
• Optimizing operational efficiency and profitability, adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene regulations, as well as other legal standards.
• Handling store administrative duties, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinating logistics and managing deliveries, reporting on consumer trends and behaviors within the retail industry to management.
• Developing operational strategies to expand the customer base and increase store traffic are essential aspects of this role.
• Proposing innovative ideas to grow market share, addressing customer complaints and employee grievances, and maintaining a high standard of store condition and visual merchandising.
