We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Desk role in a UK-based Real Estate agency. In the role of Property Sales Desk, the individual is expected to play a key role in driving sales and building strong client relationships within the property market. They will report to the Sales Manager, and strong communication and sales skills in both English and Mandarin are considered essential for engaging with clients. Premium negotiation and market analysis skills will be required to close deals and provide valuable insights effectively. Additionally, relevant customer service expertise and property knowledge are seen as important for enhancing the overall client experience, making the individual a vital asset to the team.
Job Requirements:
- While direct experience is not needed, general sales experience or experience in property sales is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, and Cantonese is a plus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the London property market.
- UK visa must be valid for at least 12 months.
- Expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and customer service.
