We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager role in a Technology, Information, and Internet company based in Beijing. Through its global operations and offices, the company has grown to become the leading B2B cross-border e-commerce marketplace, reaching millions of people with trusted products and services. It is seeking to hire a bilingual person who is driven and has a positive can-do approach.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Excellent command of the English and Chinese languages.
  • It is essential to use social media to develop consumer knowledge and interests.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value customers by consistently promoting products, services, and marketing initiatives, and engaging with clients to promptly address their inquiries.
  • In charge of client growth and channel expansion in the United States, including expanding the regional client base, bringing a steady stream of quality customers to the company platform, researching local exhibition center resources, and implementing local promotion, training, and advertising activities for target groups and collaborators.
  • Create goals and performance measures for regular operations and activities, monitor these regularly to gauge the success of operational approaches, and offer suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Reduce customer churn by using conflict resolution skills to settle complex after-sales disputes in a way that promotes client satisfaction.
  • Customer relationship management, gathering client data, comments, and suggestions, and providing regular feedback to headquarters.
  • Perform market research in the US via online and offline platforms to gain an understanding of the US cross-border e-commerce market.
  • Participate frequently in local industry fairs across the United States to gather useful data and offer suggestions.
  • Organise resources both internally and externally, support the overall business strategy, and meet all of the company's established performance indicators.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
