We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate role in a Legal firm based in New York. They are a renowned international law firm that provides first-rate legal services at reasonable costs along the US-China business corridor. They are seeking an extensively experienced bilingual person for this role.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience on EB-5, L-1A, E-2, EB-1A, EB-1C, H-1B, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
- Previous EB-5 regional center program (both investor and project filings) or EB-1A expertise is highly preferable.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Examine the work of paralegals and junior affiliates.
- Perform legal research and write legal papers and memorandums.
- Prepare legal papers for affluent clients.
- Directly coordinate and interact with clients.
