We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Supervisor in a UK-based logistics firm. The company is seeking sales professionals with experience in the UK express delivery industry, strong customer development abilities, and familiarity with the large‑parcel delivery market. Such talent would be welcome to join the team and work together to expand its presence across the UK further.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, with strong business communication and negotiation abilities.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and is willing to travel throughout the UK for client meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, supported by strong market knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience within the UK courier and express delivery industry.
- Experience in the large parcel delivery sector is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with companies such as DX, XDP, BJS Distribution, FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, Tuffnells, or similar UK courier businesses is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of the UK courier market, including its key players and business models.
- Proven success in business development, new business generation, and account management.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven sales experience within the UK express delivery and courier industry, with previous experience at one or more of the following companies, or similar organisations: DX, XDP, BJS Distribution, FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, Tuffnells

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the express delivery market and expanding the customer base to achieve company sales targets
- Develop new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and drive continuous satisfaction and business growth
- Build a deep understanding of the UK express delivery sector, with particular focus on growing the Large Parcel Delivery segment
- Create and implement regional sales plans, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and work to increase market share
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to deliver efficient and professional express deli

- Gather market insights and customer requirements to support strategic business development
