We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal role in a London-based premium law firm. They are looking for candidates with experience and thorough knowledge of commercial and or residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold purchase and sales, new builds, help to buy and shared ownership. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with transactions from initial enquiry through to post-completion.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial or residential conveyancing.

Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads and meet tight deadlines.

Proven experience handling substantial caseloads efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Capability to work under pressure while achieving key targets.

Remote work option available after six months.

Handle your own caseload with supervisory support.

Deliver exceptional legal services to clients.

Meet with clients, offer practical advice, and take their instructions.

Provide legal guidance on relevant laws and case matters.

Prepare and draft property-related legal documents, letters, and contracts tailored to client requirements.

Stay informed about legal updates and developments.
