We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive role in a Flooring company based in Chertsey. This company offers the highest quality flooring at the most competitive prices. They are looking for a highly motivated, extroverted, and self-assured individual who wants to advance in a sales position to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and general IT issues.
- It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of sales experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are required.
- Have the ability to work independently and with little direction.
- Understanding wood flooring or comparable products is advantageous.
- It is desirable to be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin).
- An individual who is self-assured, highly motivated, and outgoing.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to create a friendly and positive working environment with a strong customer focus at all times.
- Use your outgoing and confident personality to establish rapport with our customers, thereby increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Always exhibit superior product knowledge, presentation, and merchandising.
- Respond to requests and orders quickly and efficiently to maximise the customer experience.
- Keeping health and safety standards in the warehouse up to date.
- Examine market trends and share your ideas for new product development, customer consumption habits and trends, and so on with team managers.
