We have an exciting opportunity for a  Receptionist/Administrator role in a Wellness and Fitness Services company based in London. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and callers, delivering outstanding service while supporting the day‑to‑day operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven office experience and strong organisational abilities.
  • Clear track record in office administration with well‑developed organisational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar.
  • Solid background in data entry and introductory bookkeeping, including QuickBooks or comparable systems.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with clear, professional communication.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of attention to detail and consistent accuracy across all tasks.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience desirable but not essential; training provided. 
  • Prior administrative experience is beneficial but not required, with full training offered on internal systems.
     

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : 

  • Fully bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring callers are directed promptly and appropriately.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently using strong organisational skills.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail, with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Complete data entry tasks precisely using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or QuickBooks as required.
  • Maintain well‑structured records of visitors, phone calls, and administrative documents.
  • Support daily office operations through filing, photocopying, organising supplies, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide clerical assistance to colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient office workflow.
