We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a London-based dynamic and rapidly expanding agency that provides a comprehensive suite of services for investors, encompassing Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Furniture, Maintenance, Renovation, etc. They are seeking a candidate with 2+ years in residential property management, strong customer service, and professional, self-driven communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Must have legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants across a London property portfolio
- Manage insurance claims, liaising with loss adjusters and coordinating estimates
- Process service charge and ground rent invoices, reserving funds as needed
- Handle maintenance issues and oversee related projects
- Manage tenancy-related contractual paperwork
- Support client accounting in rent arrears recovery and serve legal notices
- Coordinate checkouts, assess deposit deductions, and negotiate between landlords and tenants
