We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor role in a London-based law firm. They are seeking a qualified solicitors with extensive expertise in commercial and/or residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, Help to Buy, and shared ownership schemes. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing transactions from initial enquiry through to post-completion.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing commercial and/or residential conveyancing cases.
- Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
- Proven ability to handle high workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experienced in managing large caseloads efficiently.
- Able to perform well under pressure while meeting targets.

Engage with clients, offer practical guidance, and gather instructions.

Provide expert legal advice relevant to their case.

Oversee and evaluate the work of junior paralegals, trainees, and legal assistants.

Prepare tailored property legal documents, letters, and contracts to suit clients’ needs.

Stay informed on evolving legal developments and changes.
