We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor/Experienced Conveyancer role in a London-based Legal Services firm. The firm offers client-focused specialty legal services that are specifically personalized. The firm is searching for a Property Solicitor/Experienced Conveyancer who can contribute to the firm's expanding success.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement.
- Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred not required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in managing commercial and residential property transfer cases.
- Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under a substantial workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Must have a Track record of successfully handling a significant number of cases.
- Strong focus on detail and excellent personal organizational abilities.
- Adept at working under pressure and achieving set targets.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Independent handling caseload.
- Delivering top-notch legal services to all clients.
- Conducting client meetings, offering practical guidance, and following client instructions.
- Providing legal advice to clients concerning the relevant laws and issues in their cases.
- Overseeing and assessing the work of junior paralegals, trainees, and legal assistants.
- Composing all property-related legal documents, correspondence, and contracts customized to meet clients' requirements.
- Staying updated with evolving legal regulations and developments.
