We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager - Amazon and eCommerce role in a Computer Hardware Manufacturing Company based in Eindhoven. The company is committed to providing the best solutions to customers and strives to exceed their expectations. The account manager directs and coordinates the various operational DTC channel activities, such as merchandising, order management, and inventory management, to ensure that the Amazon shopping platform functions flawlessly from the perspective of the customer. 

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of relevant work experience is required.
  • Understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising tools (Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, DSP).
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's key performance indicators (both customer-facing and operational) and enforcement procedures.
  • Prior knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and digital advertising is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Bilingualism - English/Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Before beginning work, commute regularly or plan to relocate (Preferred).
  • Three years of Amazon vendor central experience (Preferred).
  • 1 year of A+ content experience (Preferred).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Amazon business by creating both short-term and long-term business plans, achieving operational metrics, achieving top-line and bottom-line sales targets, and overseeing daily operations to surpass the company's growth targets.
  • Manage the product listings (content and keywords), stock, pricing, and advertising campaigns on the designated marketplace platform to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Investigate and make appropriate recommendations for expansion into global Amazon markets as well as other markets.
  • Monitor category trends to implement growth strategies.
  • Identify and expand on existing and new internet marketing possibilities and initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include managing P&L, Cash flow, and the balance sheet and using this data to grow the business.
  • Provide management with regular reports on KPIs, strategy, and implementation.
  • Accountable for overseeing the approval procedures and marketing budget.
  • BU channel marketing campaign.
  • Campaign for channel marketing involving BU and BD.
