We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lettings Consultant role in a Real Estate company based in London. They are seeking a passionate and affable Senior Property Manager who is patient, has a positive outlook, a warm and professional telephone manner, and the necessary customer service skills to help the Property Management department and the Lettings team grow. They are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Lettings Consultant to assist with their growth.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of lettings experience is required.
- Recent experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin fluency (both speaking and typing)
- enthusiastic, understanding, and friendly, and always ready to offer top-notch customer service.
- Willingness to learn about changes in lettings legislation regularly.
- A team player who gets along with everyone in the office.
- Capable of acting with honesty at all times.
- familiarity with and adherence to property law
- A friendly and professional approach to customer service (including a perfect phone manner)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as a genuine and trustworthy demeanour
- Excellent negotiating abilities.
- General IT and computer proficiency, including an understanding of standard letting agency software.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as an aptitude for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures property compliance on behalf of the landlords.
- Undertaking tenant viewings and negotiating leases for the properties.
- Promoting new business to boost the number of rental properties.
- Providing training and coaching to the leasing team to help them meet and exceed their goals.
- Collaborating with the company director to enhance and develop the lettings department as it expands, including its infrastructure, marketing initiatives, and general effectiveness.
- Attending valuations and handing out new orders.
- Lead generation for new landlords while collaborating with the marketing manager.
- Occasionally assisting the property management department in communicating with landlords, including maintenance and bill payments on behalf of the landlord.
- Handling tenancy agreements from beginning to end.
